===== Massage ===== This is an important piece that most people miss. Deep tissue massage around the breasts is important to stimulating the mammary glands and signaling to your endocrine system that the area is a target of interest for growth. It can also have the side effect of naturally increasing your estrogen levels. There are plenty of tutorials online of how to self-apply deep tissue breast massages, so I won't waste a bunch of space here explaining it in great detail. I will say that I've found it works best to massage twice a day- once in the morning, and once in the evening, both for about 10 minutes. Keep in mind that overstimulation of the mammary glands can cause needless stress on the body, and continuously overstressing them could make your endocrine system begin to ignore the attempts. Keep your self-tissue massages restrained. There's very little need to go for more than 10 minutes in a single sitting.
