I'm sorry to say it, but I'll start off with the bad news before I get into the meat of things- my technique to stimulate steady, natural breast growth over a long period of time is something that can really only be done if you start it while you're still in the sexual development phase of puberty. The reason is, it's dependent on extending, honing and amplifying the effects of puberty, rather than kickstarting an entirely new period of growth. I was 15 when I started, and I can't imagine I would have seen much success had I started significantly later than I did. However, if you can manage to start within the right time period, you can see enormous success- over the last 4 years, depending on how you measure, I've grown from either an A cup to an F cup, or a B cup to a G cup, while maintaining a healthy BMI, fairly slim belly, and avoiding sagginess. With that introduction and disclaimer out of the way, here is my guide to achieving Draphmode.

What is Draphmode?

Simply put, Draphmode is the body type resembling the fictional race known as Draphs. They are short, with large breasts, moderate to slim torso fat, fairly wide hips and large butts. For reference, here is a picture.

You can ignore the gentleman with the tie in the back. The girl on the left is a relatively normal body type- 160cm or about 5'3" in terms of height with what appear to be C-cup breasts, fairly wide hips, long legs and moderately long arms. The girl on the right, however, is much shorter, with significantly larger breasts, a larger butt, a larger (though still relatively small) degree of tummy fat and shorter arms and legs, with larger thighs. That is Draphmode, and while it may seem like an impossible body type only found in hentai, it is entirely achievable with time, effort and planning.

Timing

As I said earlier, this strategy relies heavily on timing. Prolonging the sexual development phase of puberty means that your body continues to develop, and as a female, that development means larger, fuller breasts, wider hips, larger thighs and butt, and more belly fat. A combination of diet and exercise can be used to tone down negative aspects, such as tummy fat and acne, leaving your body to naturally do the work of further developing you. I understand that this guide is not particularly helpful to most people, seeing as how it's really only possible if you're still in puberty, but sadly, I can only share what I know and my personal experiences.

Diet

The most important tool towards adjusting the way your body grows is your diet. Not only can you control what levels of protein, fat and sugar come in, you can also directly influence the hormones your body takes in, supporting and directing your endocrine system directly. An obvious necessity in driving breast growth, and your first major step in the Draphmode method, is increasing the levels of estrogen in your body. Avoid estrogen shots or other hormone medications, as while they tend to put quite a bit of strain on your endocrine system, and can often come with nasty side effects. Stick to eating foods rich in estrogens, fats and protein like nuts, leafy greens, oats, and whole milk. Fish and chicken are very nice for these purposes as well. Avoid things like soda, candy, Little Debbie snacks and canned meats. Sugar and sodium are your enemies.

Find the right daily calorie count for you and stick to it religiously. It's easy to bloat with a growth-based diet if you aren't careful, but be sure you don't starve yourself either. Maintaining consistency is the best way to avoid a painful stop-start growth and decline period that ends up leaving you with a big belly and small tits. For me, as somebody who is 4'10", I've found that 1900 calories a day works. You may find that to be too much or too little.

Massage

This is an important piece that most people miss. Deep tissue massage around the breasts is important to stimulating the mammary glands and signaling to your endocrine system that the area is a target of interest for growth. It can also have the side effect of naturally increasing your estrogen levels.

There are plenty of tutorials online of how to self-apply deep tissue breast massages, so I won't waste a bunch of space here explaining it in great detail. I will say that I've found it works best to massage twice a day- once in the morning, and once in the evening, both for about 10 minutes. Keep in mind that overstimulation of the mammary glands can cause needless stress on the body, and continuously overstressing them could make your endocrine system begin to ignore the attempts. Keep your self-tissue massages restrained. There's very little need to go for more than 10 minutes in a single sitting.

Exercise

Exercise is much less important in breast growth itself, but extremely important in the long term towards avoiding sagginess, back pain and excessive cellulite. It's essentially towards keeping your breasts perky, firm and your back unhunched. Specifically, you're going to want to target your pectorals, shoulders and back. This can be accomplished with pushups, planks, cobra poses, prayer poses, lumbar knee rolls, standing crab walks, and glute bridges. Specific routines vary from person to person, but trust me, as somebody that wears a 28G cup- you're going to need to take steps to avoid back pain, or you will be miserable.

Conclusion

Much of what I said was relatively vague, and that was by design. The entire strategy behind this method is to bend the river of puberty into the direction that you want, and puberty is an event that everybody's body handles very differently. Different bodies often require different inputs to achieve the same output- a classic example is the contrast between endomorphs and exomorphs, and how their bodies process diet, muscle growth, and fat deposits in entirely different ways. Using these tips and tricks, and finding out how best to apply them to your own body, is the best way to approach this method. It's all about getting to know your body better. Good luck and have fun!
